  • It is a very relaxing and natural state, just like when we are falling asleep or immersed in a good book. The session feels like being in a guided meditation.

    Some people feel they are in a deep relaxing state, others in a very light state. It doesn’t matter how deep you go, it does not affect the process.

    You remain completely in control throughout the whole process and can come out of hypnosis whenever you like. Hypnosis is completely safe.

  • In hypnosis, your subconscious mind is extremely receptive to suggestions, only those that you want to accept. You can not be asked to do anything you don’t want. By rewiring your subconscious mind with new powerful suggestions, you can effectively let go of old habits, patterns, beliefs.

  • There are 3 types of ways we experience change, every person and situation is different :

    • Immediate change : You feel a shift in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right after the session.

    • Cumulative change : You see more subtle yet consistent shifts over time.

    • Retrospective change : You don’t notice the shifts but other people around you do, or suddenly you look back and realize all the things that are now different in your life.

  • Rapid Transformation Therapy aims to resolve every individual issue in 1 to 3 sessions, depending how complex the issue is.

    It is possible to have different Rapid Transformation Therapy sessions for different issues - the mind focuses on one issue at a time so it is recommended to take your time (at least 30 days) between sessions.

    When combined with Rapid Transformation Coaching, you receive further support to keep you on track towards your desire results.

  • Absolutely, I work with women to help with fears of giving birth, fear of hospitals, preparing for birth, etc.

  • Yes, the results are the same for an online and in-person sessions. It is necessary that you have a zoom account and good wifi connection.

  • Think of the results that you will get, the satisfaction of being free of your issue and how much this could impact your life.

    You might buy a bag, go to a nice restaurant or go on holidays and feel great about it temporarily, but will it bring you the solutions that you are looking for? We will be working on making you feel great from inside, that will show on the outside.
