The session with Alice was so powerful. She took me to a memory of my childhood which I had forgotten about, and I didn't realise was weighing me down. She gave me so much safe space to explore feelings that were buried deep inside for decades. In that single session, Alice helped me let go of all the pain and anger that I was unknowingly carrying with me. I cried buckets of tears during that session which was such a release.
